Museum

Today was Pro D day for school so this morning we decided to go to Victoria to see the museum.  Jia's second time but she's older now and can walk.  Long drive.  When we got there we put on our rain jackets and went out in the rain.  We got inside and first showed a man our cards to the museum but Jia didn't have one so he just put a stamp on her hand.  Jia kept looking at it and saying "sticker sticker".  Cute!  First we looked at the mammoth.  Fei and I love feeling the ice thats on the side of the wall.  Jia thought that was pretty cool.  I love the kitchen it smells like apple pie.  Mmmmm!  I also love China town it is so cool.  Not a great picture of me it's my phone.  Mom and Dad kissed on the Discovery ship on their first date.  Now every time when we go to that ship Dad kisses Mom.  Today was a great day!

Autum moon festaval

Yesterday we went to Nanaimo.  We where celebrating the Autumn Moon Festival.  We had a party with our Nanaimo friends.  At the party Jia had a blast with baby May.  It was a great party.
Today we went to Victoria to celebratet the Autum Moon Festival with our friends.  We all met at a park then went for dinner at May Gold.  The supper was great.  Then we grabbed our lanterns, lit them and went for a walk to gaze at the moon.  Unfortunately it was too bright out.  We saw the moon on the way home.  It was so beautiful.  Now it wasn't a good picture but it will do.  Tomorrow is the full moon, we'll walk again with friends and family, hopefully we'll see the moon while we're walking with our lanterns!

A Bat!

Yesterday Willow and I had a sleepover.  We bought a tent for two people only.  Mom said that we could sleep in it!  When Willow got here we set up the tent by our selves.  It was hard.  We played wii then went outside for a swim and picked blackberries.  After we had a snack and then went out again.   Mom came home from work, then we had supper.  When it was time for bed Willow and I went down stairs to our tent.  While I was sleeping Willow woke me up but then I felt sweat.  It was so hot in the tent that I was sweating like a pig.  We moved up stairs and slept in my room.  The next morning we played a bit of wii after breakfast.  When we were getting dressed we noticed that Willow had the same dress as us so we decided to all wear them. Then we decied to go ghost hunting.  It was so fun.  Then Willow's Mom came to pick her up.  Willow asked if Fei and I could come over.  Mom and Nicole said yes!  At their house we bounced on the trampoleline with the sprinkler on!  It was so cold.  Then we did a spa.  It was relaxing!  After we put on some pretty dresses for dinner.  After dinner Mom and Dad came to pick us up.

Tonight Fei had a bat in her room how crazy is that!  Jenny was a big help when we were trying to catch it.  Another nelson family aventure!

New kitten

We got a new kitten! He doesn't have a name yet but he will soon.  He is a Siamese.  The pet shop owner thinks he is 3 months old.  He was abandend at Transfer Beach with four others.  He was the last one at the pet shop.  Right know he is playing with a ball.  So cute!  We are also baby sitting Chico, Deanna and Kalums Chihuahua puppy.  Gramma and Grampa dropped off Meili and Priya with us yesterday, so we had a house full of critters.

Just a few days ago we went to Kissenger Lake for the day with Dad to celebrate Fei's 7th Gotcha day.  It was fun.

We went to the mall with Haley, Hanna, Penny and Gramma.  Jia was riding a ride.  We were shopping for back to school.

I got a phone!

Yesterday I got a new smart phone!  It was the most exciting day!  I am typing this blog on my new phone!  I've got five games already.  I just love my new phone!   Mom and Fei have new phones too!  Mom and Fei got htc incredibles, they have better cameras.  Dad is taking Mom's smart phone he has a lot to learn.  They are all basicly the same except I have a texting phone with a qwerty key board.

Maoduke

A couple days ago we had to put Maoduke down.  I love you Maoduke and I will miss you.   You will always be in my heart.  I LOVE YOU.
